I recently purchased this above product noted as a "Automatic Male Masturbator" with potential high hopes of enhancing my intimate experiences, but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations.
Here's my honest review based on my personal use:

Battery life: was adequate but given that the overall sensation that the toy provided was lacking I would find that the battery life may not reach the time of climax. I tested and timed the battery life on two different cases with a full charge and the times were severely different, so it may last from anywhere between 10-20 minutes on a full charge. Due to the potential for lubricant to drip out of the device this will lead to excessive addition of lubricant and harm if not kept wet. Overall, when comparing to other devices not yet reviewed on the site the battery life is rather equal when comparing.
Cons:
